      Growing company with shrinking pay.

      Great people Nice office Great product Nice managers Hard working people Supportive management Good orientation in Seattle Great customer conference

      Cons

      Use "growing" as an excuse for shrinking pay and unattainable quota. Territories shrink while quota increases Keep hiring which makes it harder to pay bills On target earnings are HUGE exaggerations. Use company "mission" as an excuse to not pay reps enough to survive in DC. People have larger territories but same quota making field very uneven and unfair. No upward mobility Pay is really bad You won't be able to pay bills

      Pros

      Good culture, fully equipped pantry, good staff welfare..they really feed their people with month end breakfast and lunches. Nice colleagues too, you wont feel like you would be left out..

      Cons

      Leader of the office micromanages, indecisive, no outcomes when you attend his meetings. Very stifling to work for such leader. thinks himself as the king.very unreasonable. .everyone knows of his character in the office, but no one dares to say anything..

      Pros

      Tableau has a great work-life balance and seriously amazing benefits. They do a good job at throwing parties. :) Travel for company events

      Cons

      - unequal pay for women - very low salary increase after yearly review - just a cost of living increase is normal for meeting AND exceeding expectations - they used to give a bunch of healthy great free food, but that has quickly dwindled. They now still give free food, but it's no longer the healthy or organic brands. very little produce as well. I know I sound spoiled here, but it is something that they sell to you when going through the hiring process and it's no longer a huge benefit. - no useful training. you go through a new hire training, but that does NOTHING for your actual job. - added responsibilities and change in position without change in title or increase in pay.
