      A very good start and entry for those people who wanted to start their BPO Career

      Pros

      The work is not that toxic compared to other BPOs. Promotion is easy as long as you are hardworking, has good people and good work environment.

      Cons

      Salary is not that high specially if you are climbing a position more than an agent.
