Pros
I'm just beginning my fourth week and training has been great so far! My new manager has done an awesome job of bringing me in and showing me the ropes. Pay, benefits, and work from home experience are all very good for my role and level of experience.
Cons
TTEC has a lot of onboarding systems designed to try and help you get up and running and when they work, they seem to work really well. I've had a couple of minor issues, but I was able to make support tickets easily and get them resolved relatively quickly.
