Cons

Some of the supervisors do have their favorite agents. They always assume that we already know the basics of the account.

Some of the pros include, a steady paycheck and also consistent incoming calls to make sales. Great job when you need work asap!

Cons

The bar is extremely high to make what they call “bonuses”. It has too many impossible metrics to meet to even qualify for the extra $20-$200 twice a month.
