Pros

-employee appreciation and respect (401K, Health & Education Reimbursement programs paid by company, cheap dental/vision/life insurance plans, etc.) -flexible scheduling for the most part -lots of support through coaches and team leads who can help you while your on calls and after

Cons

-Too much focus on AHT of calls and not enough care for customers, who in turn will make your life unhappy when they've called 20 times and no one has actually directed their calls right or listened to them. Prepare to be yelled at for this, and just do you best. On the bright side angry customers are few and far between if you actually know how to work in customer service and treat people right. -Issues with the technology, which has improved (and always does) a great deal, but some things are flawed and seems like their techs want to claim they are not rather than listen to all of the complaints and actually fix anything. -Not everyone is on board with the information needed. One coach in chat will tell you this is what you do and another day a different coach will say thats wrong, do it this way., Upper management has the same issues as well, but I guess thats kind of normal period.

Unprofessional management Not paid enough for stress of job Shady practices from all levels of management Difficult to request time off Bad benefits, expensive benefits Constant stress Verbally abused by customers, constantly No guidance, only reprimand Office politics limits advancement Unfair treatment (choosing favorites) Overall, a miserable place to work. The representatives deal with the customers more than any other employee, and they are paid the least and treated badly. There is ridiculous amounts of high school drama, managers choosing favorites, shady things happening, and it overall is an awful place to work. You are not able to go to upper management to deal with situations with your direct supervisors because they sweep it under the rug. I would never recommend Teletech to anyone else, no matter how badly they needed a job.

- Good boss made an unbearable job much better. - Travel

Cons

- They bought eLoyalty and now are destroying it - No work/life balance (60+ hours, EVERY WEEK on and on) - A CEO that treats employees as human capital, they call Human Resources "Human Capital"- freaking creepy. - The company took away company 401k match when profits were not high enough - Internal Help Desk for employees where English is a second language - Horrible reimbursement for travel expenses - No training
