This job was flexible, hours are short.

Cons

This is my 3rd year working at home and I got hired by Teletech.com. This job duty was to answers phones for various companies. I worked for BestBuy.com. I got alot of irate customers mad about miscommunication or complainting about BestBuy.

Pros

Great Leadership opportunity for agents looking to gain direct management experience. Good practice motivating others to succeed. Excellent experience opportunity for other positions that you move to for other companies.

Cons

Not much support from upper management. Very large number of direct reports. Sometimes very difficult to fully give individual attention to each direct report.

decent pay for the area. worked with newer technologies

Cons

sales. I was told during the interview process and throughout the ENTIRE training period that this was an IT help desk/desktop support job. I was told that the sales goals were minimal and that it should be no problem to reach them provided I make an offer on every call. In the six months I was there, three people from my "team" were terminated for not making sales goals.
