Work culture is mostly good Leads are chill

Cons

Managers will make your life hell if you're unlucky. Leave is not on your hand even if you're entitled to your own leaves. Salary is not up to the mark. Increment is close to none for most.

Company doesn’t appreciate you! Years and years of dedication and they drop you without a job in a minute! Call a group into a meeting then tell them to logout right after- your jobless!
