People are great, supervisor are also good

Is too much stress, you have back to back calls with too many angry customers, if you are not use to it you will struggle

Full time work (with some cut to hours during off season) Benefits Remote work

Cons

All the stress that comes with a call center job Shallow Leadership Little growth opportunities. Everyone wants off the phone, but few can do it even if they put it all the work (and Im NOT speaking for just myself) Company doesn't care about employees (do they ever?)
