      Pros

      Supervisors are treated well. Benefits are offered. If a project ends, they will attempt to find somewhere else for you.

      Cons

      As an agent, it's easy to get lost in the system or to be moved from project to project. That can happen with some lower supervisor positions as well. Sometimes this can result in loss of hours or a drop in pay.

      Fantastic growth opportunities within the company. Lots of support for your development. Locations all over the world, which means more opportunities.

      Cons

      Technology issues happen sometimes but we don’t penalize the employees for that as long as the issue is not coming from them. Lots of employees means lots of competition for the growth opportunities.
