Pros

Heather Ortega is the only team lead worth working for aside from that no pros about the company

Cons

I was retaliated against and falsely accused of threatening a coworker shortly after I filed a complaint about the harassment by Security Guard Gio Ortiz on Tuesday, 05/06/25. I spoke with my Team Lead, Heather O, and reported an incident that occurred days prior regarding Gio Ortiz. I was instructed to meet with Production Floor Manager Robert P, where I explained my concerns and issues about Gio Ortiz. I expressed my concerns about Gio Ortiz's behavior and sexual comments regarding other women, and his lack of professionalism, while my Team Lead Heather O was present. Robert appeared disinterested in my concerns, downplaying them and stating, "this happens all the time with the security guards." He seemed unconcerned about the issues I raised. I shared that on March 16th, 2025, Gio reported to his shift under the influence, slurring his words, with disheveled hair, and displaying belligerent behavior. Later that day, around 4:35 pm, I took an extended break for personal reasons. Gio followed me outside, inquiring about my relationship and break, before becoming angry and argumentative, accusing me of sharing information about his social media messages. His behavior caused me significant distress, triggering an anxiety attack and tears. Despite my pleas, Gio continued to harass me while SCA Ralph sat nearby, reading a book. During the incident that occurred on March 16th, I was seated alone, looking at my phone, while texting my boyfriend to pick me up due to feeling distressed. I repeatedly requested his assistance and experienced pain in my left arm due to stress. Despite my efforts to remain polite during the interaction with Gio, the situation escalated. I attempted to deescalate the situation by smiling, but Gio's loud and angry demeanor prevailed. Furthermore, Gio has made numerous sexual comments while on shift in the lobby regarding his personal life and experiences. It appears that Gio feels overly comfortable at work, as evidenced by his interactions with other women, including Marilyn Cristal, a trainer at the facility. Gio and Marilyn have exchanged numerous messages on the work computer and displayed public displays of affection. It seems that Marilyn will often ensure that individuals who interact with Gio are reprimanded or face suspension or termination, including reporting them to Gina. I was unexpectedly summoned to a meeting with Jennifer from HR upon my arrival at work, without prior notice or awareness of the meeting's purpose. My team lead was absent, and I was accused of making a threat against Marilyn, which allegedly made her feel threatened, resulting in my suspension, removal of personal belongings, and confiscation of my badge. I was informed that video footage of the incident existed, but it lacked audio and failed to provide evidence of the alleged threat. Notably, there were no prior reports or records of this incident, and neither I nor my team lead had been made aware of it. Jennifer from HR was dismissive of my concerns and the incidents I reported a few days prior. I feel retaliated against, as this issue was not addressed until after I filed a report about Gio. It appears that this situation was orchestrated to terminate my employment based on false accusations and hearsay. Jennifer from HR confirmed that my suspension was indeed a result of hearsay.
