Pros

It’s easy, the hours are pretty flexible and the PTO isn’t terrible. People are nice, and it was a quick hire job. They provide all equipment and it’s all off camera except training.

Cons

Don’t expect to move up or stay long. They micromanage like crazy, and expect you to be robots. I’ve been here a year and do not get raises, bonuses or any kind of advancement.
