Night Shift Allowance. Overtime Benefits

Cons

No monthly roster schedule. Shift can change on weekly basis. One side cab facility. Worst and unhygienic cafeteria. Pressure to meet targets on daily basis and weekly basis. You will lose calm and peace of mind as work takes over rest of your life things.
