Not learning environment. Too much politics. Specially FAST and KU lobbies. Senior managers are very bad and disrespectful to juniors. No market worth as a developer/SQA after working here since it's not a software house.

Work life balance. Adequate office environment.

Cons

Average salary is below as compared to market. Company does have rights to change its policy but in TPS these changes are usually compromised employees' benefits and perks. No technical expertise is required however company always look for technically sound candidates. Adulators are always preferred for good opportunities. Career growth is limited.
