Sociable hours, no weekends, no bank holidays

1. Management constantly monitor workers performance using CCTV ( illegal ) 2. No signs on premises to inform that CCTV is in place ( also illegal ) 3. No written notice to inform staff that CCTV is in use ( guess what ? That’s illegal too ) 4. Enjoy sexual harassment ladies ? Come and work here. It’s rife. 5. Small boys boasting about their sexual powers ? It’s the place for you! 6. If you don’t have a barge pole, borrow one. And don’t touch TPS with it.

Free perfumes and an overall fun environment

Cons

Bonus structure has just been halved from 10% to 5%. Doesn't pay very well at all. Not very flexible with agile working despite not having capacity at head office
