      Growth within company Open positions offered internally to entire company prior to making public Amazing work/life balance

      Standards and expectations set forth in employee handbook- although the handbook is not contractually bonding, it is a set precedent that has become "optional" to follow by select people

      I liked working there but not for the supervisor I had he was one of those people who had his pets and if you were not in his click you did not do good at performance review time

      Cons

      Mismanaged from the top down it seemed the people on the floor knew more about what was going on than the people in front office
