I have worked in Dev Delivery channels. Teams are supportive and leads are good. Work-life balance.

Cons

-Salary is not market competitive - Many times I saw that increments are unfair in my depart as compare to other departs. In my depart they want to cover extra miles to get high rating for increments and other departs people give already high rating so mostly they get good increments. Highly disappointed by this! - Promotions not on time. - Increments not on time. - Development work is mostly like support work sometimes. - Old tech stack. - Sometimes seniors don't appreciate your work you did.
