      Good work environment with good people you work with. Good pay for the location

      Unqualified management had no leadership skills.

      Pros

      Good people, good training. Really nice environment good equipment for most of the time. Good location close to the metrocentre.

      Cons

      Pay is not good at all. Expected to work outside of your hours for little acknowledgement and of course little pay.

      Ogden Teleperformance is a great place to work

      Pros

      There's music and energy. The site managers actually care about people. There's opportunity to move up. The managers will actually listen if you talk to them. There's bonuses on some of the projects.

      Cons

      I'm glad they're building a whole new deck outside for everyone, because the old one wasn't good. My project doesn't have bonuses (but the Star Wars contests have been pretty cool).
