      Have you ever been to a Teleperformance facility? If not, you're missing out on an amazing experience! From state-of-the-art technology to friendly staff, their facilities are truly the best. I highly recommend checking them out! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

      Awful, fraud-driven organization

      Pros

      - It's a job that will hire you off the street when you're looking for work

      Cons

      - Bad leadership; you are just cattle to them - Encouraged to commit fraud on customer accounts in order to boost sales - "Bonuses" are built on unrealistic call metrics and are never achievable - All breaks are monitored for strict compliance - Threats of violence and job termination for smallest drop in call metrics - Any and all requests for days off are denied; including when you call in sick
