Very Expensive Products, don't offer any incentive for new farmers to trial products, Poor Management Poor Training Program Don't Value staff Don't listen to staffs needs and often say that they have already provided information Poor progression views for new starters, offer the world, but only provide very limited progression Has no brand awareness which makes the salesman job very difficult, which creates huge issues for unrealistic targets, Very secretive about what is actually happening Don't ask staff for views on things and then expect staff to sell something they haven't been informed about
