Pros

Great benefits package and flexible work schedule. Compensation is average with industry standards. Most coworkers are good to work with.

Cons

There is an ever changing business plan. If management doesn't think you are where you should be with goals they will email you and tell you that you have an exciting new business plan to reach your goals. They do not give you any other information about the new business plan. There is very little usable data. Most of the data is European and very little is being done to get US data. It seems that the product information is always changing and there are never clear answers. Timac seems to pride themselves on having a young average age for management staff. They take sales representatives that have proven to show excellent sales numbers and promote them to management roles with zero to no training. There is zero emphasis on employee development. Marketing is also non existent. Marketing materials take forever to get and are full of spelling mistakes. There is no national marketing. Most growers, farmers, and producers have no idea who Timac is. They hold you to outrageous sales goals and give you no resources when trying to achieve the goals. Distribution is horrible unless your territory is near Reading. Orders can take weeks to fill. People are brought on and disposed of months after they start without giving them the time or resources to achieve their goals. (Goals are extremely unrealistic) The recruiters make the company sound like an amazing opportunity with a new and growing company. They also make you believe that everyone achieves their goals within the first few months. There is an extremely high turn over rate with Timac.

Like most companies, communication could be improved.
