      Company is trying to reinvent US Ag sales.

      The company has a couple really good products.

      Cons

      The way this company operates is beyond me. Turnover is astronomical. I’ve been there for 5 years and have yet to be presented with a clear vision of where the company hopes to be. They just hire and fire trying to find more customers and people that will drive k the koolaid. Don’t get responses from any management in a timely manner. Goals and expectations change irrationally and possibilities of a good bonus incentive are a lie. Although they express how much money you can make it just never gets there. Sales territory remains fuzzy and ground rules for where to sell depend on who you are.
