      Pros

      If you like problem solving and and are self motivated it will be a good fit. They have good products but this is relative only if you work for the sales team.

      Cons

      The company has a long way to grow both in size and structure and the top management lacks of initiatives in this direction. They prefer to keep a low ceiling when it comes to people development & business initiatives and they are very centralized when it comes to decision-making. Not a good team - spirit, very individualistic behavior in all departments..Also no benefits for employees unless you are part of the Management or a good Sales person.

      Timac has a great team. They have a good product line that continues to grow. You are given a great deal of freedom to manage your territory.
