      Pros

      Overall, the company is a very good place to work. Focused on growth.

      Cons

      TE Oceanside will probably be a great place to work in about 2 years. Improvements are taking far too long and employee morale is down due to inequities, lack of management follow-through and lack of resources. Management has expectations of this location as if they had all of tools and resources that other TE locations have.

      Pros

      Beats being out of a job. 401K is excellent. Health care benefits are good, until they decide to cut to save money.

      Cons

      Constant pressure all day all the time .... burn out! If you do not agree with management on everything, yes man ... PIP! Send production overseas, promote factories in communist countries with human rights violations and then talk ethics. Tell employees you care and then lay them off ruining their lives and send their jobs to Mexico. Ask them to train foreign workers who are taking their jobs, promise new work coming into the factory, but hire others from the outside to do the work.

      Salary was good. Local management was good. Upper management was disconnected with what was actually happening at the local level.

      Cons

      Upper management was disconnected with what was actually happening at the local level. Upper management was too concerned with moving jobs out of the country.
