      Pros

      This company Offers a competitive atmosphere full of professionals. Although the hours here seem to feel like days, the jobs aren't to rigorous and allow you to utilize your skills.

      Cons

      I feel that the vibe could have been a little better. Also, it seems like this industry is a dog-eat-dog world where everyone cares about themselves and there isn't any real "team work".

      Very good benefits, focus on employee development, strong financials support an innovative engineering culture where one can find many ways to contribute.

      Cons

      IT systems that are the result of several M&A integrations make it difficult to gather the right data at the right time. More time invested in completing fewer critical initiatives will pay off in focus and clarity for employees.

      Pros

      There really isn't anything good about working here. The only reason I'm still here is because it is so difficult to find another job right now.

      Cons

      Management is cruel and there are very few opportunities for personal growth. There are new organizational changes monthly, which disrupt work and life balance. Layoffs are a norm and remaining employees are forced to take on the workload with no extra pay. Management's number one goal is to keep the stock price up at any cost.
