Headquarters is disconnected with plants. Really sick of hearing about all the benefits that Harrisburg has, and the majority of the companies employees don't. Also, the "do more with less" mantra is getting a little old. I'm constantly trying to find ways to save the company money, but with no resources (money, technical support, time), it is increasingly harder to do and quite demotivating.

little interest in providing career guidance, bottom line focused above all else. People are numbers and treated as such unless you are at a VP level or higher. Lots of office politics to navigate. Senior management seldom directs but are quick to criticize.
