      Constant re-organization and too much Churn. Pre acquisition we were a very efficient machine, now post buyout Very minimal improvements on deliveries to customers and lead times make it nearly impossible to keep customers or bring new ones in. Always getting yelled at by out customers for being late on deliveries. Makes it extremely frustrating to do your job to the point that pristine sales reputations are getting smeared. Not using the best experienced employees shine due to this ridiculous no international travel policy by new top managers therefore settling for subpar experience in oversees regions.
