      Really huge and old buildings, old style supervisors

      Pros

      Good for a steady job. I ran 100 year old screw machines -Acme Gridley. They had a 30 sec. cycle time. Pretty impressive. 19 year old setup man was being paid min. wage (9.00/hr). They seemed to like me, until i went home sick one night.

      Cons

      People yell at you, crummy working conditions. Supervisors Darrien and the dayshift supv. were really arrogant jerks.

      Pros

      Good facility/benifits when it was ADC.

      Cons

      Night shifts. Lot of name changes to the company. No proper structure. HR will create so many positions just to fool you. Contract, Trainee Associate , Associate, Senior Associate, SME, Process lead, Team Lead, Assistan Manager, Manager, Senior manager etc etc.. goes on.... Leave policy, Benefits keep on changing.

      Pros

      The type of work is very diverse. Co-workers are friendly and supportive. Management is fair and will work with you to keep you challenged, motivated and on a positive career path.

      Cons

      So far I can see no great con to working at TE Connectivity. Budgets can be tight at times...which limits progress and innovation, but you see this type of fiscal responsibility at most places of business.
