"The sky's the limit" as portrayed by management, until Wall Street expects blood in exchange for positive stock reviews.
Cons
Management has multiple agendas, depending on who you listen to. If engineering development was on a top management timeline to move to China, why wasn't anyone among the rank-and-file told honestly 3 years ago ? We were just told what a great job we did in FY14, and several hundred lost their jobs a few months later. Was this part of the plan ?
