      Limited Scope (lack of attention to customer, primary driver are profitability/revenue). Lack the implementation of basic supply chain principles; therefore, your performance is geared toward reactiveness, not proactiveness. Unable to drive sustainable improvement/progress due to incomplete Business Operating System. Business Unit misalignment creates opportunities for functions to miscommunicate with each other and the unfortunate misstep in not supporting colleagues.

      Old times who have good knowledge of TE process but most of them never share any documents ;)

      Cons

      Medical insurance is less than 5 lakhs , no option to top up Company does not give company merchandise to employees due to cost cutting measures Travelling to other countries is done mostly by senior managers and above ; very few in junior roles get international site visit and travel exposure They cut corners as much as possible defeating the purpose of the event planned eg : Family day was planned in tech park canteen which lead to chaos in food counter Very slow or poor in process ; they take pride in calling themselves as most ethical company

      Zero. Company was falling apart when I was leaving.

      Cons

      Everything and anything you can think of. Definitely do not trust HR charity in particular. Ask anyone who works there they will tell you the same. Poor management. Went through 4 supervisors the almost 2 year's I was there. People are have sexual relationships with other employees even if they are married . (no I was not one of them) . The list goes on. If you want to jump on a sinking ship and your mental health means absolutely nothing to you. . . . Then this is the place for you.
