      Management bully employees. Supervisors have no people management skills and are rude and harass employees. Toxic place.

      Good food Short Fridays until 1 pm A useful corporate experience - a good learning curve A variety of skilled people from different backgrounds

      Do not support employees` growth - even though the company`s motto is to ``Treat everybody the same``, in reality, not everybody is supported with their education or career change plans Extremely toxic environment across the site Employees are overloaded with unrealistic targets Poor internal communication between departments Lack of support from Higher management A strong rejection of new investments into new technology Zero career path (you need to have the ``right face`` to get promoted) Poor manufacturing quality
