Pros
Good company benefits, vacations, 401K, etc. Medical has taken a hit over the last few years. People for the most part there are great and have made the tough times bearable. Last ~2 years have brought stability and layoffs/rifs have all but disappeared. Bonus has been improving and the gears seem to be churning in sync towards more positive results. If you're looking for a good challenge, hard work and can live with some imperfection, TE is a good place.
Cons
Overall headcount is still low. There is more work than the current employee count can support. Important projects and tasks are staffed, but so many more side projects and supporting systems need improvement and have no priority. Ops needs a lot of help and headcount. There are still a handful of sour apples left operating by the mindset that red tape and slowing things down is the way to go.
