Strong focus on growth. Very good engineering community.

Cons

Aggressive in M&A as well as divestiture. Re-organization leading to layoff almost on quarterly basis. Too many under-performed middle manager. Career development is rarely based on merit, rather based on connection. Too much focus female quota in leadership team. Too many unqualified and under-performed female leaders.
