Genuinely became friends with my coworkers over the decade I worked there. Supports remote workers. Good opportunities to travel and get development trainings.
Cons
Constantly changing management, so business strategies changing before execution even happens. Feels chaotic honestly. They started leaning toward external hiring before internal promotion in recent years. Depends on your team and manager what experience you’ll have at the company. Make sure to negotiate your band level and salary higher before joining bc upward mobility/pay increase is very difficult. Pay is mid. Enough to survive but doesn’t compete really w the market. They would rather make you do 3 peoples jobs rather than hire the proper amount of people to do the work. Leaving you overworked and underpaid.
