      Most Employees are very helpful, they don't micromanage

      Cons

      Upper management is completely disconnected, unavailable, uninterested and removed from the day to day business, the culture is very stagnant - no one seems happy there, employees that have been there for a long time talk only about getting out... yikes

      Good Pay. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Headquarters is disconnected with plants. Really sick of hearing about all the benefits that Harrisburg has, and the majority of the companies employees don't. Also, the "do more with less" mantra is getting a little old. I'm constantly trying to find ways to save the company money, but with no resources (money, technical support, time), it is increasingly harder to do and quite demotivating.
