Company is on strategic growth trajectory Collaborative engineering factual culture Working with straightforward smart people Senior management gets it, in general Work life balance is abundant
Cons
Overly conservative management especially in getting new resources to grow faster Can move faster and update its work practices to be more efficient and IT- modernized eg use Windows 7, Office 2010, instead of Office 2003. Does have Cisco telepresence though. Some team building and cross pollination of talent between units would help Can see positive changes, just need them faster.
