Pros
Work life balance is pretty good. There is a high degree of flexibility for those who work in different ways. Telecommuting is allowed, and one of the saving graces of the company. Good for those who know what they are expected to do.
Cons
Cubicles, lack of professionalism and inability to get rid of non-professional attitudes. SafeTEy should be a priority. Monetary compensation is lower than similar companies. Very traditional upper management style which results in sub par adaptability to markets. The environment does not suit itself to innovation, does not allow the company to be fasTEr, smarTEr, or connecTEd. Bad place for inexperienced engineers.
