Pros
Well established company with a reputation for quality products. The company is so huge that they probably have a solution for just about any interconnect issue. Most of the people are very friendly and overall it's a collaborative work environment.
Cons
Company is so huge and fragmented that it is very difficult to navigate across business units. Also, top management has not incentified people to work together across product groups (people are judged on how well they do on trade business and not interco). Hopefully you've started with a high salary because raises are extremely hard to get. Also, if you're an indian instead of a chief be prepared for long hours, they cut costs by laying people off and have not adjusted it back up with the rebounding of the business.
