TE management suffers from the same ailments that Tyco International had that being one business approach fits all. It seems they are so full of themselves in their approach they fail to recognize the elements of the businesses that will make them successful. Even when they fail they are quick to focus the blame on the organizations as opposed to focusing it on themselves and their strategies.
