      Pros

      They do care for you and your health You don't have to necessarily work the hours, just make sure you are getting your work done.

      Cons

      There were meetings every week and it is very easy to treat them like a break, especially when you are working remotely. It's worse when you are in the middle of something because now you have to pause your train of thought. Yoru password has to be a certain length and in a specific format + the reset passwords are in such a format that one could try breaking into someone else's account. Restrictions on software installation make it hard for power users to be more productive.
