- Social culture is strong (employee engagement etc) - Diversity is impressive - Managers support your development / desire to progress and move on - Size of the org enables abundant opportunities to grow - Management accommodates personal circumstances that require leave (they don't make your life difficult it you have a doctor's appointment etc) - Current CEO is too new for me to evaluate him

Pros

hour pay is ok, insurance benefit not bad. Good for student work as a part time, But if you got bills to pay, get a full time job somewhere else, monthly pay check less than a min wage full time worker. Also good for people who want to be advisor in retail bank. The culture depends on the branch you get deploy.

Cons

the job is stressful, you need to remember lot of rules and product. You need to give advice(sales) to customer, also check lot of things and make decisions. Traffic really depends on which location, but you can expect customer come back to back, means there is no stop. Branch hours and shrift also not easy, if you closing the branch and there is a minor mistake you could stay untill 11pm. Don't expect this job unlock lots of chance, is retail banking, which means you can become a sales person later, but back office position you better get a MBA.
