Pros

A decent wage for a position not requiring much experience or degree. Great area to begin future career development in our outside of the bank. Benefits are unmatched, great options and flexibility when it comes to amount and selection of vacation days even as a part-timer.

Cons

Very strict, and micromanaged position requiring lots of strenuous focus and multi-task management throughout the day. When doing monthly, quarterly, and semestral performance reviews, there is never any positive recognition which in the long run brings down morale.

they were great for a few years while I was raising my kids then management changed and it became all about the bottom line .

Cons

Very closed door management. A lot of favouritism and cronyism. Old boys club still exists and gender and age bias.

This role offers great exposure into various facets of the department and can help you find the next step in your career, should you choose to continue developing and expanding your career.

Cons

TD is one of the lowest paying financial institutions considering its overall company size. Anything involving HR takes forever, (ie: interviewing, responses) and some managers tend to "provide their input" to hiring managers considering internal candidates without the employee's knowledge.
