Pros

Work life balance. Good people. Nearly impossible to get fired.

Cons

Disorganized No room for career growth No vision and moving into this century is not encouraged Weak management Still trying to figure out how to grow out of the “regional bank” mentality

Pros

The only good thing about working for TD is the benefits. However all banks provide the same benefits package.

Cons

I worked for TD for 4 years. The company is not what it used to be. Sales goals increased tremendously and the employees are under a lot of stress and pressure to reach their goals. Management is very poor. Senior management is in a different world and does not care about what is happening on the floor. Salaries are a joke and payouts are almost nothing and it’s hard to move up unless you kiss your big bosses hands. No work/life balance and schedules are not set plus hours feel like a retail store not a bank. So glad I don’t work there anymore and do not recommend it to anyone!
