If TD Commerce has corporate rules and guidelines...why is it that each "store" has different rules

The customers are friendly...the co-workers can be fun to work with for the most part. They also have a lot of locations on the East Coast...for convenience. Commerce's hours of operation are the best....hence America'a Most Convenient Bank!!

Cons

Management takes care of people who break the rules and Management shows favortism. The uniforms are ridiculous. Try wearing a long sleeved shirt with a wool vest in the heat and humidity along with dress pants & dress shoes. The only day tellers can wear short sleeves is on Friday..RED then...now GREEN...but Customer Service Reps can whatever they like....Sometimes not so professional.

Good Culture, amazing work/life balance. TD is a very good place to have any special requests accommodated.

Cons

Vertical growth is hard to achieve at a branch level. Sometimes work could be demanding. Overall though the support of co-workers is very helpful.

Industry-leading, customer-oriented culture, a strong business and brand. Pay and benefits are competitive while the work environment is generally supportive to work life balance.

Cons

The customer-service culture can be a little cult-like and product innovation is often lacking. It may be conservatism or just complacency but this Bank rarely likes to be the first to do anything.
