Pros
Large organization, that really focused on individuals and customer service. It is a good place to work if you like working with people. The organization is great in adjusting to your schedule, their compensation package is also great. There is also a sense of security as the company is one of the largest in Canada.
Cons
Large organization, very hard to move up or between pillars. I found that upon attempting to move up in the organization I was given no support. The several positions I applied for did not even acknowledge my application much less give me any type of response. I was also completely turned off by the pressure to sell products and reach sales targets. This was very damaging to employee morale as it slowly came to be the only topic of discussion amongst employees.
