Benefits are nice such as 401K, PTO, Holidays (if you work in back office)..

Cons

Micromanaged and Once TD took over Commerce Bank they no longer are worried about their employees as Commerce used to be.. Missing the BIG RED C and the Way raises were given back in the time of Commerce..

The training program is top-notch. There are many opportunities for growth and promotions if you go through certain programs offered. Also, part-timers get health benefits and paid time off as well.

Cons

There are many strict policies monoriting dress code, cell phone use (none allowed in the building), requesting for time off, etc.
