Pros

PROS: -Friendly atmosphere with co-workers - Not as sales driven as other competitors - Flexible work schedules (open 7 days a week allows for part time employees) - Company culture attempts to be fun/energetic -Very solid benefits

Cons

CONS: - TERRIBLE PAY -Rewards for doing months of work include POTENTIALLY receiving a $25 gift card -Upper management plays favorites over more qualified candidates -Not much room to grow (opposite of what company declares CONSTANTLY) -General shift away from being customer-oriented and more towards finding ways to "fee" customers - Systems that were installed are still buggy; numerous glitches, including weeks of system being completely down which destroyed years of hard-earned reputation and status -More sales driven without any form of major compensation

They want so much and pay so little.

Pros

Clean office. Nice coworkers. No micro-management.

Cons

The max salary is $36,000. Salary reviews are in September BUT they don't pay you the new salary until the next year. They tell you what your "Christmas bonus" is but pay it in 2 parts....... one part after Christmas and the other part in Feb or March. Without your bonus, you feel like you are earning less than someone else in another industry doing admin work. With the bonus you feel like you make a comparable amount to someone in an admin/ secretary role in oil/ gas. Christmas dinner is 50% covered by the company. They try to find a supplier to pay half the bill. If you join the employee stock option plan, you can't quit unless you quit the place. They want you to believe they pay people based on merit but their actions don't say that. People who know less but are favored by management get paid more. People who get paid less who speak up are told that they have not been at the company long enough.
