Pros

TD Bank is a great place to work as a highschool or college student. I started off as a teller (they hire based off an aptitude test, and personality interview) and moved up to become a CSR and soon a Weekend Supervisor. I moved up pretty fast and was the youngest of the store for my position, because normally the supervisors are 23 or above. Anyways, its a great place you can learn how to deal with A LOT of problems especially with this merger. You learn how to think on your feet, and never lose your cool. There is a lot of experience anyone can take: Lending, Banking, Customer Service, SDB, Sales, and son on.

Cons

One thing I don't like is you are not awarded with commision based on your goal as an individual, instead its based on your goal as a team.
