Pros

Starting pay is very good. There are many locations along the East Coast, so moving around and ensuring you will still have a job is possible.

Cons

Management does not care about the employees. Within our own store is a biased hierarchy. I am discouraged to speak to Human Resources, Upper management is impossible to reach and has no idea how frusterating the conditions they impose on their workers. Work and home life are impossible to balance. You will be hired for 25 and forced to work 45.

Pros

- work/life balance - flexible work option (flex time and place) - opportunities to grow - developmental courses they offer - salary

Cons

They should maybe promote not only people from within but also from outside and give everyone a fair chance to compete for the job.
