Pros

Paid time off is reasonable. Training program is great. Branches open with extended hours - schedules more flexible. Some programs used internally are great and very user friendly.

Cons

Under-qualified middle management. Coaching program is in deperate need of improvement. Hiring process is flawed - teammates with no "buy-in" Advancement is tricky and inconsistent.
