      The employment level system can make it tough to move up the ranks quickly as you have to do 2 yr stints in each role you enter.

      An easy job with some perks. Promotions depend highly on the "store" you work in and politics with management.

      Decent Salary and benefits. Depending on what store you work in, it can be a pleasant experience and one where you can learn alot from experienced, intelligent people.

      Cons

      Most managers should not be in the role that they are in. Most managers do not know the basic fundamentals of management nor do they care about their associates.

      well paid job while working through school

      this is a good part time job while working during school. it definitely pays better than a minimum wage job.

      Cons

      hours are not as bad as retail but working weekends is definitely rough. sales goals can be tough as a teller as well.
